Growth is a foot-stomping, roots-pop cry of disgust and disappointment with capitalism, corruption in politics and the injustice it inflicts on people and planet. Samples of UK prime ministers David Cameron and Boris Johnson are sprinkled in to illustrate privilege and lies.
